Ingredients & Nutrition

  • We prioritize high-quality, responsibly sourced ingredients whenever possible, staying true to our bakery roots.

  • While our products are non GMO, our producer does not have the certification, therefore we are not able to claim it on our box.  Also, while our ingredients are not organic, we choose the best ingredients we can find; like our wild blueberries from main or our freshly sliced Granny Smith apples.

  • Currently, our core line reflects our traditional baking heritage. We continue to explore additional options based on consumer demand.
